Go Wild this Summer at the Palm Beach Zoo!

Each week offers a unique wildlife theme as participants experience zoo keeping activities, behind-the-scenes tours, scavenger hunts, enriching conservation education activities, and interactive fountain time.

Every day participants will enjoy up-close animal encounters, animal exhibit visits, crafts, games, and much more! We offer programs for ages 5 to 17 years of age.

Let’s go to a place where the only limit is your imagination! This week we’ll learn what goes into building a zoo, and then let your creativity soar, as you form your own zoo world and protect it from “creepers” like pollution

Have you ever wanted to be a zookeeper? Join us at the zoo and find out all that it takes to be a real zookeeper! Take care of your own exhibit each day this week and even design your own!

Big Cats, Small World: June 29-July 3

How do you care for a sick Kangaroo, or give medicine to a monkey? Join us this week and learn what our veterinarian does to care for all the Zoo animals. Tour our animal hospital, and get hands on in an “animal procedure.”

The Frozen Zoo: July 13-17
When the snow blows white in the wild, what do the animals do? Do they conceal themselves, become one with the wind and sky, or does the cold just never bother them anyway? This week we’ll explore what happens in the wild when the winter storm rages on.

Jeepers More Keepers!: July 20-24
Can’t get enough of zoo keeping, or missed it last month? Good news! There’s even more zoo keeping to do and learn about. Join us again, or for the very first time, during National Zoo Keeper Week to get even more in-depth in the zookeeper’s world.

Dr. Zoo Little 2: July 27-31
